Scripps iPad Apps Get 3.0 Makeover
Taking comments from users into consideration, StepLeader has come out with an upgrade to Scripps iPad apps that addresses multiple specific concerns.
Here are the upgrades you can expect in apps like NewsChannel 12 and RTV6:
• More photos and videos accessible in each story; full-screen viewing
• Add comments on most stories with a Facebook login. Comments will show up in the app and on the website
• “Remember where I was.” Upon returning to the app, you’ll be taken back to the story you were reading before you left
• Quicker access to important local weather information from the front screen
