Josh Anderson Joins StepLeader Development Team
Monday, July 24 was the first day on the job for our Director of Development Josh Anderson. He will be heading up development projects and testing behind the scenes to create mobile apps for StepLeader publishers.
Josh has been working in the software industry since graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a computer science degree. His first job after college was at a company that did video overlay for horse races. Josh has also been in web and mobile since the beginning, joining a dot-com business as his second job.
After he and his wife decided to leave Ohio, they came to North Carolina, settling in Fuquay-Varina with their three children. Josh has spent the past four years at Teradata, an analytic data solutions company.
Josh says that his goal is to always have the best software engineering team, one that is both efficient and effective. He plans to help build StepLeader into a well-known brand and a place where people want to come to work.
After only two days on the job, Josh says that he loves it! In fact, his wife noted that this is the most excited he’s been to join a company in over a decade.
